  I was a VERY interested returning tenant and called to inquire about their specials, and possibly the town homes. Kiara(i believe) answered and I don't know if there was a bad connection, but immediately she hung up the phone while I was talking; I haven't been able to get though since. I lived in these apartments years ago, and had a pleasant experience when Stacey was apart of the management team.
  
  My one star is strictly towards inadequate customer service. I'm not advising others not to rent here, but STAFF, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way, and it is what will keep your tenants there, and others flowing in. You need to do better!!
