  I called Pride Pest Control and the owner came out the next business day. We set an appointment and he was on time. They didn't give me a "window" of time like the four hour time frame the cable guy always gives me and causes me or my wife to take a half day off of work.
  
  It was no surprise because I have used Tim before when I had a fire ant problem and he fixed the problem immediately. This time, he got rid of the yellow jackets in the chimney and the rats in the attic. Very inexpensive and definitely worth every dime. Seriously, this guy is good.
