  I started off my Taylormade experience when my 18 year old unit finally quit on me. That's when I met Michael, who told me I needed a new unit. He hooked me up with Ricky, and Ricky got me the top of the line unit. I've had nothing but good experiences with Ricky and Michael. I've also dealt with the owner Lance, and he is a stand up guy that won't steer you wrong. Lance spent a late evening at my home to ensure I was taken care of, and it made all the difference as a customer. This is how you do business, well done. All three of these guys, great guys, and extremely knowledgable and helpful. I then met Brian today. He serviced my unit for a yearly checkup. He did everything he said he would, is a hard worker, and professional. I ended up signing a 5 year plan to get serviced once a year. If your shopping around go ahead and do it, but Taylormade is up there with the best, if not the best in my opinion. Keep up the great work guys, my family and I appreciate you all!
